Princeton Day School Class of 2010 member Rebecca Golden was recently honored by South Brunswick Mayor Frank Gambatese for her quick and effective life-saving actions as a lifeguard this summer.
Rebecca, who recently spent her senior project training and working as an EMT, is credited with saving a 25-year-old co-worker who fell into the pool after suffering a seizure, according to police. Rebecca dove into the pool, pulled the victim out and handled first aid treatment until the ambulances arrived.
